At Auralyen, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

1. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Marivyan does not provide prepaid return labels.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

• In certain situations, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund and allow you to keep the product instead of returning it.
